Family Funzies

We had a fun couple of weeks. Stacy and her boys came up for a couple of weeks from Alabama. And we were able to see quite a bit of the family here and there and just party. We went to Pocatello to a really fun water park that they had...our favorite thing was the lazy pool...I think we were in there for the majority of the day. We had so much fun with everybody.

We went to a nice little fishing spot up in Hagerman, that had a ton of fish. But only two of us ended up catching a fish...Kyler caught the first one...which was the biggest. And I caught the second...which is actually the first fish I've ever caugh, it was a little guy, but I was proud nonetheless.

Everyone came out to our house for the evening for a "joint birthday party" for me and my nephew Evan. We had dinner...had some smores and just played around.

The Beginnings of Summer....

I am a little behind...but here's whats been going on in the Gooch abode. My baby brother graduated high school...it's so weird that he's all grown up...the last one to graduate in my family. He had a seminary graduation, that he spoke at and did really well...and then his high school. It was fun that most of the family was able to come up for.

I had a great birthday this year, Adam did a great job with presents for me, he got me a new blow dryer, which was awesome because I've had the same one since I was a freshmen in high school, and a chi straightener which I LOVE. We went and hit a bucket of balls and went to dinner. It was a really fun day.

We Celebrated Adam's birthday....he didn't get to have the greatest birthday...he was sick and had to work the whole day. But we were able to at least open presents and have confetti cupcakes, which just makes for a great birthday :)

Colorado Wedding

A week ago we were able to get away for a few days and go to Colorado for Adam's brother's wedding. We had just a fun time! It was the first time that we were all together since our wedding....2 and a half years ago. It was a really busy weekend. The night we flew in we had the rehearsal and dinner, which was super yummy. The next day was the wedding and reception, which we had a lot of fun at. And then Saturday we relaxed, went shopping, and had a marathon of Bones. It was a good weekend...went by way to fast!
The Happy Couple :)
The whole family

The Gooch Siblings
Adam and the groom
Grandma & Grandpa Gooch with the Grandkiddos Cute little Chad playing in the balls...which started the balls flying...which led to the ball fight Found some cool hats in the kids room So when Adam was in school he made up a dance called Colonel Stingray...and it was a huge hit--he was asked to preform it everywhere...well he had never done it for me. So there was a little dance at the reception, and it was the first song so nobody was really dancing...someone told Adam he should go out and dance--he said he didn't feel like it...the next thing I know everyone is cheering and clapping and I turn around and he was the star of the show--I finally got to see his dance. He did have a huge fan--a lady was obsessed with him the rest of the night saying he was SO cute, and he should sign up the Chip'n Dales.

While we were waiting between the pictures and the wedding which was like 2 hours...people were starting to get a little restless and starting throwing balls at each other...it was hillarious! That room was a total mess when we finished with it.

Bummer. Deal.

So Adam has a buddy from high school who is a cruise specialist I guess you could say...anways we just got a call from him and he told us that someone had a 7 day cruise throughout Europe...Venice, Greece, France, Rome, Florence, Effisice?, anyways, they couldn't make it at the last minute, so he offered it to us...for FREE...we just had to pay for the flight to get there. It was a balcony room and everthing...but the only kicker was that it leaves this Saturday....to bad we have to be responsible and have to show up to work next week and can't just call in for the whole week. I'm just a little upset right now. Sad day. Maybe we could catch a break next time.

Spring Break, Road Trips...Friends & Family

I don't have any pictures that goes to show...but we have had a great couple of weekends! Adam had spring break 2 weeks ago, he had started a second job that week and I still had to work, so on Thursday we decided that since it was his springs break we should do something fun that weekend. So we decided to go to Utah, and we had SO much fun! The first night we stayed with some of our best friends from college Beth & Eric, it was so much fun to see them again! We just stayed up all night and talked...and caught up. It's been a while since we've seen them. It's always a good time with the Farmers! Then Saturday night we spent the night with Mary and Brian...and we always have so much fun together. We of course watched March Madness all day, and that night Adam got together with a few of his friends to watch the BYU game and me and Mary went shopping...and loved every second of it. I'm not sure if I've mention it before--but my favorite store is Plato's Closet--it's the greatest store ever created. It's pretty much a DI, but they only take name brand, nice clothes, they can only be so old, and have to be in great shape. But they are great prices, and have the greatest stuff. But I think my favorite thing that I got was a new dvd player...it's called CLEAR PLAY. And it's the greatest invention! It's an editor...but to the max. It edits everything, nudity, sex, language, violence, even dishonoring your parents--the flag, whatever you want. And you can set it to whatever level you want. I've been wanting one FOREVER! So i'm so glad I finally got one. You can check them out here. We had such a fun time! It was sad to leave everyone.

Then this weekend, we just got back from spending the weekend in Rexburg. And as always, we had a great time there also. We spent the night with John and Meagan, and had a blast. We again, watched basketball, March Madness & went to the school championship. We just love basketball! It was fun to see our little neice Kaylee too! She's SO dang cute and fun! And then I got to see my other sisters and hold my new niece again...she's such a pretty baby! And once again...it was a fun weekend, and we wish we could've stayed longer. We are so blessed with all of our friends and family! We just love them all!
